About Us

From the founders,

ADDA was founded to provide London property owners with a building and maintenance service they can genuinely rely on.

We operate across small works and maintenance (for example decorating, plumbing and electrical works), as well as larger renovation and restoration projects. We work with both residential and commercial clients throughout central London.

What sets ADDA apart is how we work. We invest heavily in strong management and clear processes to ensure enquiries are handled promptly and projects are managed efficiently from start to finish. Our on the tools team are skilled, reliable and supported by good project managers.

Much of our work comes through long-standing client relationships. Clients continue to choose ADDA because we are consistent, dependable and straightforward to deal with. We are London’s most reliable building company.

For those who require a higher level of support and oversight, We have the ADDA Membership, which offers a proactive, long-term approach to property care, reducing issues before they become disruptive.

We didn’t set out to reinvent this industry. We simply wanted to do it properly, and to keep doing so year after year.
