ADDA Home Solutions was founded by Tom Armstrong-Wilson and Adda Birch Reynardson in 2019. In late 2025 the business evolved into its current model, focusing on high-quality project management and reliable subcontractor delivery.
We have built a strong base of long-standing clients and continue to grow through repeat work and referrals.
The business currently operates through two departments:
Small Works – maintenance, remedials and smaller projects
Renovations – larger residential/commercial refurbishment projects
Role: Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Small Works Department, working alongside our existing team.
This role is central to the business. The successful candidate will manage projects from the initial client enquiry through to completion, ensuring works are delivered professionally, efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
The role will include:
Project Management
Managing incoming leads from initial enquiry through to project completion
Preparing scopes of works and coordinating quotations
Scheduling works with subcontractors and managing project timelines
Monitoring job progress and resolving issues as they arise
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Client Communication
Acting as thea of contact for small works clients
Providing updates throughout the project lifecycle
Managing expectations and ensuring excellent service
Subcontractor Management
Coordinating subcontractors and trades
Ensuring works are completed to the required quality
Maintaining good relationships with our subcontractor network
Ensuring reliability, punctuality and professionalism on site
Administration & Organisation
Managing project documentation
Keeping project financials and records up to date
Ensuring communications, diaries, schedules and systems are maintained
Key Requirements
Organisation
The successful candidate must be highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and the ability to keep systems, schedules and communications under control is essential.
Communication
Strong communication skills are critical.
You will be dealing with clients, subcontractors and the office team daily.
Technical & Systems
Applicants must be comfortable using our office systems including:
Tradify
Google Drive / Google Sheets
Apple Mac computers
General project management and communication tools
Team Leadership
The role requires confidence in managing subcontractors and trades on site while maintaining strong working relationships and discipline.

Location:
Unit 131, Battersea Business Centre, London SW11
Hours:
8:00am – 5:00pm
(Some flexibility and additional time may occasionally be required depending on project demands.)
Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000 per year
Potential performance-based bonus / commission structure after initial probation period.
