A Belgravia apartment project for Joanna Wood Trading: a first-floor, two-bedroom flat in an old mansion block. The scope covers a full rewire, a new kitchen, full redecoration, sanding back the traditional hardwood herringbone floors, a specialist dragging paint finish, textured paper, and careful work to the old Victorian mouldings. It's pitched as a traditional interior with detailed, restoration-style finishes, aiming for a clean and tidy result.
