Full redecoration and soft renovation for a founding client, managed since 2019

A grand 19th-century stucco townhouse on one of South Kensington's most prestigious addresses, immediately beside Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The property's classical white stucco facade, tall sash windows and iron railings are typical of the enclave; internally it runs to around six bedrooms and five bathrooms, with staff accommodation and underground parking.

ADDA has managed the property on behalf of the landlord since 2019 — one of our founding clients. This project covered a full end-of-tenancy redecoration and soft renovation: carpentry, painting and decorating, and landscaping throughout, alongside new electrics, security and plumbing, and the installation of tech and smart home systems.

The garden was substantially renewed as part of the works, including a new water feature, as part of preparing the property for a successful reletting.
